What is THT ?
Through-hole technology, also known as through-hole technology, is a method for installing electronic components. This includes the insertion of components into existing holes on printed circuit boards (PCB) with the pins of components and the soft brazing of electronic components by manual assembly or automatic insertion loader.
Components with leads are usually used on through-hole circuit boards. The axial leads extend from both ends of the cylindrical device, while the box-shaped device extends from both ends and is located on the geometric axis of the device. Axial leads are similar in shape to jumpers and can be used to span short distances on a circuit board or even through an open space without any support in aerial wiring. Axial lead devices need not be much higher than the surface of the board, nor need they be placed very low, flat, and parallel to the board.

1,The process of DIP processing is: putting in the hole →AOI→ wave soldering → cutting pin →AOI→ correction → washing → quality inspection.
2,After wave soldering, The products will be will scanned by AOI equipment to ensure that no error occurs.
